Uncrab Salad

Substitute artificial crab meat in a classic tuna salad, get this tailgate-party caliber luncheon item, and move your tail on out of the kitchen.

  • Artificial crab meat (fresh, frozen or canned)
  • Low fat mayo
  • Chopped celery
  • Lemon pepper
  • Salt
  • Chopped apple (optional)
  • Frozen peas (optional)

1. Stir all ingredients together in a bowl, adjusting seasonings to taste.

2. Serve on lettuce or soft French rolls.
